In December 2020, The United States Congress amended and passed the COVID relief bill known as the Bipartisan Bicameral Omnibus COVID Relief Deal to include vapor products in the 2009 Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act, legislation initially passed to prohibited online sales of cigarettes and counterfeit products.

Among other provisions, the PACT Act bans shipment of covered tobacco, and now vapor products, via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Due to these unfortunate circumstances, Vital Vapers will have to suspend online ordering when the USPS implements the PACT related ban on shipping. Other 3rd party shipping services have also discontinued shipping for us as well, largely because of the reporting, cost and compliance complexities involved with the act, further complicating the logistics surrounding online vapor sales.
